In a socially distanced workshop, learn how to use a variety of carpentry tools and techniques to create your own wooden objects to take away. In these fun interactive workshops you will learn how to use power tools safely and gain a good understanding of useful DIY basics. This is a practical course that will bring in skills like measuring and planning for constructing objects.

You will get a AQA accredited certificate in woodwork and portfolio of achievement and find out about carpentry apprenticeships. You will learn about the importance of health and safety in the workshop.

There is a course in the morning and a course in the afternoon each day. You will work on different items in each section of the day so you can either sign up for the morning, the afternoon, but we recommend you sign up for both the morning and the afternoon so you can get the most out of the course.
